I decided on first week of May 2020 during COVID that I was going to aim for home ownership (condo) instead of renewing my lease. I had a rough price range and almost exactly 1 month to find and visit an appropriate group of listings push through the mortgage application process (first time for me) cut a deal and get the keys. Sarah has done everything in her power including helping find alternate mortgage options that helped reach my desired timeline despite setbacks in my application process. Her thorough evaluation and subsequent presentation of the options available to me were invaluable in the pursuit of my first home. Additionally she showed flexibility in both schedule and mode of operation which was increasingly important due to the restrictions in place cased by the COVID pandemic. Would not hesitate to recommend. Closed on May 29th 2020.
